Of course. After receiving your deposit, we can send you fragments (samples) of the final mix. If you are unsatisfied and wish to discontinue our collaboration, we will offer a money-back guarantee.
However, this does not apply to the scenario in which the final mix was sent to you in its entirety, upon complete payment of the service.
A revision is a reasonable number of minor modifications brought to the mix – E.g. Instrument or effects levels (E.g. More reverb on the vocals, kick drum too low). Major changes will be charged extra (for example, changing the guitar tone via reamping). Thus, we kindly ask our clients to give us as much info as they can beforehand, together with a reference mix or even their own mixed version.
We always offer a mastered version alongside the final mix at no additional cost.
The final mix should be used when collaborating with an external mastering company in order to have it analysed and perfected objectively by one or more professional mastering engineers, in a dedicated mastering facility.
We highly recommend reading our advice regarding online mixing here and recording here Normally, the tracks must be sent in WAV file format, 24 bit/44.1 kHz or 24 bit/ 48 kHz.
